We had a fantastic 'Superhero Day' in school today. The children have really enjoyed themselves being dressed as their favourite 'Hero' and they all look great! They have made a 'supper' effort on all counts as we have raised an amazing £400 for our chosen charity. Mrs Hard called in to see the children and brought Casey and his dad as well. They were overwhelmed with the children's efforts and the parent's support and generosity. They will be going to Ty Hafan next week and will present them with our cheque on behalf of Casey's Cause. Thank you so much for your support. St Michael's community really knows how to 'pull together' when needed. Watch this space for more photographs of our lovely day!

This is the last week to collect Sainsbury's vouchers. Please gather them from your friends & neighbours and bring them into school by Friday.

Talybont leaves on Wednesday the 19th of June and returns on Friday the 21st of June. Please ensure if your child is taking part in this trip that they have fully paid by Friday the 7th of June (the first week back after half term).

Mrs Jones Cycled 107 miles from Cardiff to Tenby on Saturday 11^th May 2013. She was raising money for Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital in Cardiff. The ride took 10 hours in total with wind/rain and hail against her. Mrs Jones has managed to raise £1400 and donations are still coming in. Thanks to all St Michael’s Staff for supporting her with the challenge.
